Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective date: 6 October 2025
1) Scope
This policy applies to digital learning products and services purchased on mindvera.net operated by LEARNITY GROUP LIMITED (”MindVera”). No physical goods are shipped.
2) Free trial
- We offer a 7‑day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, billing will begin automatically for the selected product or plan.
- You can cancel during the trial from your account or by emailing info@mindvera.net. If you cancel during the trial, no charge is made.
3) Refunds for one‑time purchases
- You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
- Refunds are generally processed within 14 business days after approval (bank timelines may vary).
- We may deny refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, or material breach of our Terms of Service.
4) Subscriptions (if available)
- You may cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
- Unless required by law or expressly stated at purchase, completed billing periods are not refundable. Access typically remains until the end of the paid term.
- If a refund is granted at our discretion, it will be prorated or full per the circumstances and applicable law.
5) How to cancel or request a refund
- Log in to your account at mindvera.net → Account → Billing (or reply to your order email).
- Cancel the plan or submit a Refund Request with your order ID, purchase email, and reason.
- Confirmation: we’ll email you confirmation. If approved, Stripe will process the refund to the original payment method.
If you cannot access your account, email info@mindvera.net from your purchase email with subject “Refund Request”.
6) Chargebacks & disputes
Please contact us first to resolve any issue quickly. If a chargeback is filed, we may provide transaction and usage records to Stripe and your bank to contest fraudulent or mistaken disputes.
7) Access withdrawal on refund
When a refund is issued, we may revoke access to the refunded digital product to prevent continued use without payment.
8) Local consumer rights
Nothing in this policy affects statutory rights that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, mandatory consumer protections in the UK or EU). If your local law grants you a longer withdrawal period or additional remedies, those rights will apply.
