Terms of Service
Effective date: 6 October 2025
1) Who we are
“MindVera” is operated by LEARNITY GROUP LIMITED, registered in England. Registered address: 17, Raleigh Street, Plymouth, England, PL1 1ET. Contact: info@mindvera.net | +44 7848 158411.
2) What we provide
We provide access to digital educational content and related services via mindvera.net (the “Service”). Unless otherwise stated during checkout, a one‑time purchase grants access for one (1) month from the purchase date.
3) Accounts & eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If local law requires a higher age, that higher age applies.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access: info@mindvera.net.
4) Free trial, pricing & payments
- Free trial: We offer a 7‑day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, billing will begin automatically for the selected plan or product.
- Payments via Stripe: We use Stripe to process payments. By providing payment details you authorize Stripe to charge the displayed amount and applicable taxes. We do not store raw card numbers or CVV.
- Local taxes may apply depending on your billing address and applicable tax laws.
5) Refunds, cancellations & chargebacks
Our refund and cancellation terms are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Key points:
- 30‑day refund window from purchase for one‑time digital purchases, subject to policy conditions.
- Cancel anytime: For recurring plans (if offered), cancellation prevents future charges; access typically continues until the end of your paid term.
- If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we may provide records to Stripe and your bank to help resolve suspected fraud.
6) Digital content; no resale
- All products are digital. No physical goods are shipped.
- Access is licensed, not sold. You may not reproduce, share, or resell course materials without written permission.
7) Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the Service (e.g., unlawful content, harassment, account sharing, scraping, or security testing without consent).
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8) Privacy & cookies
Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. We use cookies, analytics, and advertising pixels; non‑essential cookies are used only with your consent.
9) Intellectual property
All site content, trademarks, and materials are owned by LEARNITY GROUP LIMITED or our licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
10) Warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.
11) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12) Changes to the Service and Terms
We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a new effective date and, where changes are material, we will notify you by reasonable means.
13) Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident in the EU/UK may benefit from mandatory consumer protections of their local law.
