2) What we provide

We provide access to digital educational content and related services via mindvera.net (the “Service”). Unless otherwise stated during checkout, a one‑time purchase grants access for one (1) month from the purchase date.

3) Accounts & eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If local law requires a higher age, that higher age applies.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4) Free trial, pricing & payments

• Free trial: We offer a 7‑day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, billing will begin automatically for the selected plan or product.
• Payments via Stripe: We use Stripe to process payments. By providing payment details you authorize Stripe to charge the displayed amount and applicable taxes. We do not store raw card numbers or CVV.
• Local taxes may apply depending on your billing address and applicable tax laws.

5) Refunds, cancellations & chargebacks

Our refund and cancellation terms are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Key points:

• 30‑day refund window from purchase for one‑time digital purchases, subject to policy conditions.
• Cancel anytime: For recurring plans (if offered), cancellation prevents future charges; access typically continues until the end of your paid term.
• If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we may provide records to Stripe and your bank to help resolve suspected fraud.

6) Digital content; no resale

• All products are digital. No physical goods are shipped.
• Access is licensed, not sold. You may not reproduce, share, or resell course materials without written permission.

7) Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Service (e.g., unlawful content, harassment, account sharing, scraping, or security testing without consent).
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8) Privacy & cookies
