1) Who processes payments

2) Accepted methods & currencies

  • Major debit/credit cards supported by Stripe (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
  • Other Stripe-supported methods may be offered based on your location (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay).
  • Prices are typically shown and charged in GBP; additional currencies may be displayed where available.

3) Free trials, one‑time payments & renewals

  • Free trial: 7 days. If not cancelled before the trial ends, your selected plan/product will be charged automatically.
  • One‑time purchases: grant 1‑month access unless otherwise stated at checkout.
  • Subscriptions (if offered): renew on the cadence shown at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel anytime to stop future billing.

4) Invoices, taxes & receipts

  • Order confirmations and invoices are sent to your registered email after successful payment.
  • Applicable taxes may be calculated based on your billing address and shown at checkout.
  • Keep your email and billing details current to ensure proper invoicing.

5) Security & PCI

  • Checkout pages use HTTPS and Stripe tokenization. We do not store raw card numbers or CVV.
  • Stripe is a PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider. Using Stripe reduces our PCI scope.
  • We employ access controls and anti‑fraud measures to protect your account.

6) Refunds, cancellations & chargebacks

  • We offer a 30‑day money‑back guarantee for eligible purchases. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for conditions and how to request a refund.
  • Cancel anytime to stop future subscription charges (if subscriptions are available).
  • If you dispute a charge through your bank, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. We may provide order records to Stripe/banks to contest fraudulent or mistaken chargebacks.

7) Failed payments & account access

  • If a payment fails, we may retry and/or prompt you to update your payment method.
  • Access to paid content may be paused until payment is completed.
