1) Digital delivery only
We do not ship physical goods. All our services and products are digital in nature. Access is provided online through your MindVera account dashboard once your payment is successfully processed via Stripe.
2) Access timeline
- Free trial users: Instant access upon registration. No payment is required until the trial ends (7 days).
- Paid users: Immediate access after successful payment authorization through Stripe.
- Access to all included courses, videos, and materials is available 24/7 from any compatible device.
3) How to access your content
- Log in to your account on mindvera.net.
- Navigate to the Dashboard section.
- Select your enrolled course(s) to start viewing videos or downloading materials.
If you experience any issues logging in or accessing your content, please contact our support team at info@mindvera.net.
4) Delivery confirmation
After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email from MindVera and/or Stripe with your transaction details. Your online access is activated immediately and no physical delivery or additional confirmation is required.
5) Failed or delayed access
- If your payment is pending or failed, access may be temporarily paused until payment confirmation.
- If you have not received login credentials or access within 10 minutes after purchase, please check your spam/junk folder or contact support.
6) Refunds and cancellations
Refunds are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. You may cancel your subscription or request a refund within 30 days of purchase if eligible.
